The Units
The luxury lofts at 33 State Street present 15 unique apartments that have been thoughtfully designed around the historic bones of the Bangor Hydro Building.
Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are all corner units, with different layouts and special features, but all feature historic hardwood floors, designer stainless steel kitchen appliances, kitchen islands with farmhouse sinks and garbage disposals, modern bathroom designs with separate soaking bathtubs and walk-in showers, in-unit washer and dryers, 10+ foot ceilings, and incredible natural light and views from the center of downtown Bangor.
All of the apartments are spacious, filled with windows, and carefully designed to the highest modern standards.
Mezzanine Unit

The largest apartment in the building stretches across 2 floors with its own private entrance directly to the street. The mezzanine unit takes up the former private offices of the Bank president when this historic building was built in 1913. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a historic kitchen and living room complete this special and unique apartment.
